Oops! I forgot a couple binaries in the distribution, they are neccesary for xm-spc conversion. Missing Binaries... They are snapshots of the DSP and direct page taken after a regular song is loaded.

5 months later.... :D
Don't worry I'm still working on it! :) I was quite busy during the last period and didn't have much time to work on the project.
Anyway! I just finished adding the rest of the protocols and fixing known bugs. I also made a little demo to show programmers how to use the driver.
Check the files section for the new release.

...beta version
Please send any feedback/bug reports/broken modules to my email!
Also! There is still an issue with the sample encoding. It may cause clicks in some samples.. I'll try to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Heh, time flies! Another 2 months passed and nothing released yet :(...
Good news though! I have a beta version ready, I'll post it up tonight for testing!
11:56 PM 12/5/2006
I think I've optimized enough for the time being :) ... The load is completely stable for module tempos less than 128bpm. I still have to implement the rest of the communication functions. Right after they are complete I think I can finally release a version to the public ^_^.
2:09 PM 11/20/2006
I made a new manual. It's available as rtf or html (thanks to coda for making the html copy), check the files section!
7:33 PM 11/14/2006
I programmed XM-SPC conversion today, heres a peek at the new converter & the spc it made: converter result

Lots of routines are getting redesigned and rewritten for speed. The cycle count is still a bit "scary" :) ... this may take a little more time.
2:26 PM 11/7/2006
All of the code is cleaned up now, and I now have exact cpu load calculations.
I will spend the next few days optimizing the maximum load down for more stability.
8:48 PM 11/2/2006
Update time!
Those hardware bugs were fixed and now more than half of the code has been cleaned up for optimization.
...Just letting everyone know whats up :)
11:13 PM 10/20/2006
I got my flashcart, and revealed some nasty hardware-exclusive bugs.
Progress will be postponed until these problems are resolved.
9:16 PM 10/16/2006
Optimization time! :D
The project is reaching final stages of development, I'm going to get a better grasp of how much CPU the player is using.
This includes cleaning up all the 4500 lines of code and counting all the cycles :).
I will also clean up and finalize the converter.
After this step is finished I will write the sound effects with the remaining CPU and finish the protocols, then it will be ready for the SNES developers out there :).
Stay tuned! :)

Update time!
I've finished effect E0x for the SNES echo/filter.
I made this little tune using the echo+filter as some reverb.
I've also fixed all currently known bugs, and designed the new spc protocols which the programmer will use.
The current TODO list is almost finished too :)
11:43 AM 10/12/2006
I ordered an SNES flash-cart
it should be here in a week or so..
11:37 PM 10/7/2006
A development step was finished.
Almost the whole site has been updated with goodies.
Theres been a small update on the musicians manual too.
8:37 AM 10/6/2006
The music guide has been upgraded to v0.9
Check it out in the files section!
12:11 AM 10/5/2006
Auto-Vibrato has been implemented!
Check the development section for the current process.
2:23 PM 10/1/2006
Another demo was made, featuring "raina - artificial sweetener".
This XM didn't need any manual modifications to play properly.
3:13 PM 9/28/2006
I made a new demo! check the files section.
11:16 AM 9/24/2006
Envelopes are finally finished!
Auto-Vibrato is the next step.
5:11 PM 9/21/2006
I wrote a musician's guide, check the files section!
I also posted the XMS file format.
5:43 PM 9/19/2006
I made a page for XMSNES.
